They are looking for a motivated and confident sales ledger clerk to take full responsibility of data entry and inputting invoices and progress into a transactional accountant. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop with an impressive fast-growing professional services business whilst giving the opportunity to have a full accounts position. Responsibilities: High volume data entry Invoice entry Entering data for contractors Producing invoices Banking and reconciliation Running off turnover statements Chasing up outstanding debts Sorting out any rebates and filing Checking VAT has been included on invoices Providing creditors with VAT receipts Required Skills: Good communication skills 1-year sales ledger experience Microsoft Excel Attention to detail Can do attitude
