Overview
We are looking for a Care Home Sales Executive to work in a luxury care home, based in the Billericay. The home Is part of nationally recognised leading brand of luxury car homes offering outstanding levels of care and facilities. This luxury home has 80 beds and offers nursing, dementia and residential care. Facilities include a luxury hair saloon, state of the art cinema room, vibrate café for meeting with friends, massage and therapy rooms, community rooms offering a range of classes and activities with everything from sewing groups to races nights and a jam packed activity calendar and mini bus all set in award winning landscaped gardens. As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for Occupancy of the care home by selling this premium care home to potential residents and their families Building trust and positive relationships Providing first class customer service Responsible for marketing budget and revenue management Lead generation Meeting potential customers and completing show rounds of the home Selling accommodation though a consultative approach To be successful as a Sales Executive you will Have previous experience selling care homes, property, hospitality accommodation, events or other luxury accommodation or high-end products. Experienced as a sales executive consultant or advisor, revenue manager, occupancy manager, customer relationship manager or similar Have excellent communication and presentation skills Be passionate about providing quality care Proven track record of achieving targets Benefit package for Sales Executive includes Salary up to £36,000 OTE circa £70,000 Core Hours Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm with flexibility to work evenings and weekends to meet clients from show rounds as required with time given back.
