Overview

£45-50k- London Our client, an industry leading provider of company secretarial and corporate services are looking to take on an enthusiastic Company Secretarial Manager, who will manage 2 juniors and report to the Director of Corporate Services. You will be looking after an extensive client portfolio ranging from large private companies to listed groups and charities. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Secretary and possess substantial experience within the company secretarial field. If this sounds like you, then please don’t hesitate to send your application Key Role and Responsibilities Be present at the client board and general meetings Manage the Company House filings and Statutory Registers Provide thorough advice and secretarial compliance to clients Preparation of the statutory documentation for routine and complicated corporate matters In charge of compiling and dispatching of board papers on time AIM/UKLA client compliance assistance (desirable but not essential) Corporate Governance client compliance assistance (desired but not essential) Experience and Qualifications Chartered Governance Institute qualification is desirable Minimum 2 years of Company Secretarial experience Depth of knowledge on the UK Company Services Act Experience working with listed PLC firms desirable but not essential Proven client management/customer service experience Personal attributes Highly self-motivated team player with an adequate commercial awareness Organized with great written and verbal skills Confident in liaising across all levels of the business and with the client Thank you for your interest in this Core Job.
