Facilities Assistant - Corporate Law Firm Manchester City Centre 12 Mth FTC A new opportunity has become available for a Facilities Assistant to join an International Law Firm based in their Manchester City Centre offices. The Facilities Team provides a high level of client service overseeing all postal services, stationery, office moves, internal meeting rooms, health & safety, risk assessments, compliance checks, maintenance and administration duties. Working as part of a team the Facilities Assistant position will include; working in the post room, processing mail, monitoring stationery, booking and preparing meeting rooms, dealing with building requests, room booking, parking space bookings, security passes, catering bookings, supporting archiving, assist with any office moves, repairs and maintenance, health and safety and any other duties as required. Prior facilities or office assistant experience is essential ideally within a Law Firm or a Corporate Professional services company. You should be a flexible and hard working person that is able to manage a busy and varied workload. You should work well within a team and be able to pick up ad hoc tasks when needed. The role is working full time based in Manchester City Centre. Salary advertised is a guideline and will be depending on experience.
