Now is your chance… This is a high performing and high profile team within the Asset Finance Sales division. The Internal Sales Team are responsible for managing the relationships for a portfolio of Asset Finance Broker accounts and integral to driving new business originations for the Bank in line with the Aldermore Asset Finance Strategy. This role is a sales focused management role where you will be responsible for managing annual targets for the team and providing accurate forecasts to Senior Managers on a monthly basis. The role requires dedication and enthusiasm to creating a working environment that encourages fast pace delivery and success for the division and a relentless desire to provide a best in class service to our Introducers. Based in our dynamic Reading office, you will manage a team of 7 and report to the Head of Internal Sales and Support. What would your day look like? Managing the forecasting of weekly and monthly business volumes and margins by ensuring effective pipeline management so these can be tracked against annual budgets. Managing the portfolio blends for commissions, approval rates, conversion rates and quality of payouts submitted. Maintaining a systematic and planned approach to Broker management including account plans and broker visits. Ensuring the completion of annual reviews of Introducers are both timely and accurate and that Broker conduct forms an integral part alongside the overall financial performance of the account. Assist the team in building strong relationships and understanding their broker needs, whilst also identifying any opportunities for growth. Assist the team with complex pricing and quotations for our introducers and appealing credit decisions where required. Your credit appraisal skills will also be key in ensuring that our Broker relationships are effective in terms of acceptable conversion rates. Act as an escalation point with both Introducers and the Internal Sales team, developing the expertise and skills to enable commercial decision making, whilst keeping the bank safe. Managing the development of all members of the team by completing regular 121's and bi-annual performance reviews, providing training and coaching on a continuous basis and ensuring that they are fully knowledgeable on all Aldermore Products and relationship management skills.
