Call Centre £18,000 Bonus Luton JOB TITLE: Call Centre LOCATION: Luton CO. TYPE: Manufacturing company HOURS: Monday - Friday shift work (8-4.30pm, 10-6.30pm, 11.45-8.15pm), Saturdays 9-5.15pm. We're teaming up with the team leaders to recruit a call centre individual to look after customer queries once their products are out of warranty. The day to day duties in your new job would be: Taking inbound calls from customers Troubleshooting regarding their products Up selling products and plans Making sure you are giving the correct and most beneficial solution and advice to the customer Using a CRM system to log information We'd love to speak to candidates with: Passion and enthusiasm Contact centre experience would be desirable Retail or sales/service background experience Someone who wants to progress and grow in a company Next steps Apply today or ring Fiona on for further information.
