Overview
Our client is a leading Commercial Mortgage Broker with a strong market presence and unrivalled reputation. They provide professional advice in mortgages and related protection products to both new customers and their existing bank of residential and commercial mortgage customers. Due to recent growth and experiencing a substantial increase in high quality leads, we are on the hunt for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Broker who wants to build a career within Commercial Mortgages who may not have Commercial experience to-date. The Mortgage Broker will be responsible for: Liaising with customers and advising them on suitable mortgage solutions Speaking with solicitors, valuers, Case managers and external underwriters to get cases through to completion Working in a fast paced consultative environment Identifying opportunities to sell additional ancillary products such as Life, Protection etc Dealing with Commercial and Buy-to-Let client's What we look for in a Mortgage Broker: Direct relevant experience as a Mortgage Broker Experience in dealing with Residential, Buy-to-Let and Commercial cases Minimum of at least 2 years' experience in a mirrored role Fully CeMAP qualified Proven track record in relation to Mortgage Sales Their teams consistently deliver results and the successful Mortgage Broker can expect a conservative £70,000 per annum including bonuses.
