Our client are a busy technical support company based in offices in the centre of Hertford. They are looking for a bright and bubbly administrator to join the team and provide support: Directing calls from customers Chasing up the technicians in the team Fielding emails and sending to the right people Proving outstanding customer service Providing administrative support to team managers Keeping the team running in the right direction You will have excellent general administration skills, be very IT savvy, and be able to work as part of a team. It is a busy office and you will need to be organised in order to keep on top of everything. Customer service is key and will be your priority.
