Overview

Bouygues Energies and Services has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Scheduler to join our Mobile Solutions team based in our Barking office. This is a full-time permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday from 07:30 to 16:30. The role: · To be able to schedule work to multiple engineers across multiple sites · To work on the Helpdesk as required by receiving calls, logging on the FM Support System (Maximo) and feeding through to engineers and reporting back to the end user/customers · To raise Purchase orders in a timely manner and ensure that they are receipted · To follow up with suppliers for delivery of materials · To raise quoted work requests as required and issue to clients · To monitor the helpdesk mailbox and liaise with clients on progress of work · To create and issue weekly schedules for engineers · To manage PPM’s and reactive requests and dispatch to engineers as required · To provide cover for the FM Co- ordinator · Manage web cycle queries, ensuring they are closed off in a timely manner · Ensure all statutory files are kept updated and filed in the relevant folders · Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 0730 to 1630 The person: · Must have experience of providing excellent customer service on a Helpdesk · Must have experience of scheduling multiple engineers to multiple sites · Will be a team player and able to co-ordinate effectively · Knowledge of Maximo is highly desirable · Excellent communication skills, both oral and written · Must have good IT skills (able to use Microsoft Office and management systems) · Well organised and able to prioritise workload · Ability to multi task in a busy work environment · Experienced in dealing with engineers and suppliers In return, we offer an attractive salary and benefits package, including training opportunities.
