The Project The client is recruiting for a number one site manager to start a new project, you will be managing the refurbishment of a public house and living areas. The Role Working in a well resourced project team, your role will involve, but not limited to: Checking Drawings to ensure the design delivers the client's specification and for compliance Liaising with various internal departments which include design and commercial teams Attend meetings with contractors and suppliers Providing input into the design, package scopes and programme of works Management of site contractors which will include writing short-term programmes and site logistic plans Site safety- checking RAMS, making recommendations and amendments, performing site inductions, carrying out regular inspections Attending client project review meetings where budget, design, process and safety will be on the agenda Recording daily site activities About You Candidates will require relevant role and project experience. Good eye for detail. Be able to interpret construction drawings and designs. Strong man-management skills. Excellent organisation skills. Good level of IT literacy.
