The Project We are recruiting for a Site Manager to take over a site based in Shoreham, constructing 13 new build, timber frame units. We are looking for someone technically minded who can interpret drawings and deal with any issues confidently and efficiently. The Role Working in a well resourced project team, your role will involve, but not limited to: Checking Drawings to ensure the design delivers the client's specification and for compliance Liaising with various internal departments which include design and commercial teams Attend meetings with contractors and suppliers Providing input into the design, package scopes and programme of works Management of site contractors which will include writing short-term programmes and site logistic plans Site safety- checking RAMS, making recommendations and amendments, performing site inductions, carrying out regular inspections Attending client project review meetings where budget, design, process and safety will be on the agenda Recording daily site activities About You Candidates will require relevant role and project experience. Good eye for detail. Be able to interpret construction drawings and designs. Strong man-management skills. Excellent organisation skills. Good level of IT literacy.
