Senior Private Client Manager - Growth Lead - Financial Services £50k DOE London with some travel to Kent office Pearson Whiffin are delighted to be representing a market leading social enterprise in the search for a Senior Manager to lead a pivotal team within the Private Client side of their business. This role is ideal for an experienced Financial Services professional with a Business Development background within the UHNW/Private client market, looking to step into a values led organisation to use their expertise within a commercially run business who contribute to society in a tangible way. Duties include: In collaboration with colleagues contribute to the development of and then lead the growth strategies Identifying and contacting new business referrers Identifying priority market segments, ensuring that resources are allocated accordingly Proactive relationship management of business referrers Identifying opportunities for attendance at events, conferences and private sessions at relevant firms in order to grow reputation within the sector Development of existing accounts Establishment of partnerships, particularly with wealth managers Identify, grow and develop the HNW and UHNW client base and raise awareness of service offerings Direct responsibility for active management of a number of wealthy clients Extensive client management and account management duties with a view to growth Driving performance within the team Working with Head of Private Clients Proactive management of direct reports Developing outstanding relationships with all stakeholders The right candidate will have/be: An experienced Financial Services professional with demonstrable Business Development experience in the UNHW/HNW market Knowledge and understanding of investments, donations and tax products and services A leader, able to influence, negotiate and make decisions A strategic thinker Impeccable interpersonal skills Ideally some experience and exposure to Philanthropic projects Flexible and reliable, with the ability to travel where necessary Experience developing relationships with tax advisory and wealth management businesses An interest in working for a values led organisation This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Services professional to join an unrivalled market leader within their field.
