Overview
Axon Moore are partnering with a fast-growing retailer in Blackburn who are looking to bring in an ambitious and dedicated Finance Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning business who will offer substantial training and support. This is an excellent role which will offer the individual the opportunity to drive analysis of retail operations across multiple sites. The main responsibilities will be: - Accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis - Analysis of performance and identifying trends - Providing recommendations for improvements - Planning and preparation of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Candidates must worked within a similar position previously, have strong technical understanding, and some exposure to complex business operations. This client has a proven track record of bringing through talent and offering ample opportunities to diversify experience and to progress to a number of finance career paths.
