Call Centre Manager - Motor Trade Exp. Required

A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Motor Trade Call Centre Manager to join a Dealer Group in the Braintree area of Essex. The basic salary on offer is £25k plus bonus. This is a telephone based role so you need outbound and inbound call centre experience and knowledge of the motor trade. Do you have experience working as a Call Centre Manager within the Motor Trade? Are you experienced in working within the UK Motor Trade? Do you hold a full UK driving licence? Can you offer an outstanding level of customer service at all times? Responsibilites: Working for this independently owned family business, you will be responsible for leading and nurturing your team of Customer Advisors who will be managing inbound and outbound calls. To succeed in this role you will need to understand how to motivate your team to encourage them to work to the highest standards in order to maximise customer retention and business opportunities. Skills and Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Call Centre Manager MOTOR TRADE EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL Ability to communicate clearly to your team to coach and develop their confidence, knowledge and understanding Possession of excellent listening skills and communication skills Numerate and literate Possession of strong self-organisational skills Ability to convey information accurately between source and third party Good basic administrational knowledge Possession of a calm and even temperament Ability to work effectively within a team environment Ability to handle pressure without it affecting working relationships and effectiveness Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm with 1 in 3 Saturday 8am to 1pm.
