Motor Trade Call Centre Manager required in Braintree, Essex Salary: Up to £25,000 basic salary dependent on experience Bonus Hours: 8am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, 8am - 1pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays Previous motor trade experience is essential Driven Motor Jobs are looking for a very talented, experienced Cell Centre Team Leader for a car dealership. You will be responsible for overseeing and energising a team of Customer Advisors managing inbound and outbound calls. You will understand how to drive a team to work to high standards, to maximise customer retention and commercial opportunities; and will be confident in effectively coaching and developing team members. You will have previous experience in a fast-paced and target-drive environment; and will motivate and inspire your team members to meet/achieve the division's objectives. You will also have previous experience in the motor trade, preferably in a main dealership. You will be calm and methodical, and have a desire to ensure that exceptional customer experiences are delivered. In terms of your interpersonal communication skills, you will be appropriately confident, courteous and professional; and will be adept at interacting with customers and colleagues alike.
