Overview
Morgan McKinley is working with a high growth organisation based in Bath, to recruit an In-house Paralegal. This is a unique opportunity to join an international business with ambitious growth plans, in a newly created and pivotal role which will take responsibility for all legal and related issues in-house. In this role you will have responsibility for managing the Group's Company secretarial records, ensuring that all appropriate filings are made and records are up to date. You will be required to review, redraft and manage the approval of all supplier contracts and agency agreements, support the Group's insurance programme and manage the registration and maintenance of trademarks and other IP issues. Other areas of responsibility will include drafting and managing product and brand licencing agreements, liaising with external lawyers and providing internal advice on all legal issues. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast moving business with lots of flexibility and autonomy, and you must be comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders.
