Business Analyst / Reinsurance / Claims / RFP / RFI / System Implementation / London Market / £600 PAYE / Insurance experience REQUIRED Our client a London Market Insurer has a requirement for a Business Analyst with Reinsurance & Claims project experience, as well as system selection and implementation knowledge, to join their London based team. This role works as part of a project team to deliver business change projects. They carry out requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation tasks to ensure that the project deliverable is the ideal solution for the business. Required Knowledge and Qualifications: London Market change experience is ESSENTIAL Reinsurance experience Claims experience RFI/RFP experience Experience working with European teams Knowledge of business analysis methodologies Ideally experience of both the Syndicate and Company insurance market Ability to work independently as well as harmoniously in teams Flexible and pragmatic Ability to work to deadlines and to meet standards Analytical and problem-solving skills BPMN or similar business process modelling skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Desirable: ISEB qualifications CII qualifications RFI / RFP experience
