Overview
We are working with a professional body who are regulate and are responsible for setting standards, monitoring service and handling complaints. It is an exciting time for the organisation as they are embarking on a new strategy to deliver risk based, targeted regulation,; encouraging an independent, strong and diverse profession. They have 2 positions for Supervision Managers in their Regulatory department, one permanent and one on a 12 month fixed term. Their supervision team carries out reviews and conducts monitoring visits, the work is varied and involves engaging with a wide range of people and organisations. As Regulatory Supervision Manager you will Provide insight and experience to shaping the departments strategic and business plans. Manage a team of Officer's, through 121's and team meetings. Allocate work to the team to ensure the consistent and high quality risk and evidence based approach to supervision. Support the Head of to ensure that the team takes a risk and evidence based approach to the supervision. This role will suit someone who has experience of working in a regulated sector, in regulatory supervision, compliance, risk, audit or a similar role.
