Overview
Our client is a prestigious and established Property management Company based in North West London. They are currently recruiting an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join their busy accounts department. Candidates should be qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA however our clients will consider candidates qualified by experience. Duties will include: Dealing with service charge accounts for various residential blocks Reconciling accounts and cashbook Assisting with management accounts Dealing with payment of contractors and property maintenance Raising monthly and quarterly rental invoices Processing service charge invoices Bookkeeping duties and reporting Liaising with tenants and landlords Skills and attributes: Computer literate Proficient in various accountancy packages Excellent communication skills This position would suit a Service Charge Accountant seeking a local role in a progressive company. The company is easily accessible by public transport and is close to local Amenities. Parking is provided.
