Overview
My Aylesbury based client is looking to recruit a French Speaking Graduate Project Coordinator to manage type approval projects and provide support to a project management team. This position would suit a graduate looking to secure an exciting and varied role in an expanding company. Job responsibilities Preparation and submission of type approval application files to government regulatory authorities Tracking statuses, solving problems and proactively driving the type approval process to ensure deadlines are met. Developing a sound understanding of regulatory requirements in your assigned country list. Taking full ownership of our solution in your assign countries including relationship management, vendor performance assessment, pricing negotiation and service improvements. Undertaking research projects to assist with answering customer enquiries or further expanding the scope. Supporting senior management and account manager on customer projects and research tasks. Skills and Education Have a relevant degree or mini9mum 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Have excellent command of English and French language, both written and spoken. Be flexible, proactive and enthusiastic, with the ability to prioritize work and work well under pressure. Be self-motivated, responsible and accountable for your own project work. Have excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of computers and MS Office professional Suite Be willing to travel solo internationally, infrequently Multi-task orientated Salary and Benefits Cycle to work scheme Company pension Annual bonus scheme Salary of £19-£25K dependant on experience Working hours 9-5.30pm with a 2.30 finish on a Friday If you are committed to providing excellent customer service, are interested in developing a career in project management and have strong problem solving and research abilities, this is the right opportunity for you.
