Retail Fit Out Quantity Surveyor - Highly Reputable Retail & Refitting Contractor - Canary Wharf Company: Currently a highly reputable Retail & Fit out Contractor based in Canary Wharf are currently looking for an experienced Retail Fit Out Quantity Surveyor to join their extremely professional, skilled, and above all friendly company. They pride themselves in their impeccable and stylish finishes which are recognised by their prestigious clients who constantly repeat purchase with this firm. Typical projects are from small works to £3m. Average project is c £500k-£1m. Projects are mainly refresh/refit/refurb of supermarkets, Stores, Restaurants, & Pubs Majority of projects are located in and around the M25. Clients include Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Homebase/Bunnings, Argos, IKEA, Superdrug’s, & more. They are privately owned and have long established links & repeat purchase with their clients. Quantity Surveyor Requirements: You must have previous experience in the retail market as a Quantity Surveyor. previous experience working on projects such as; supermarkets, restaurants, or shops is highly desirable. A degree is highly desirable but not essential. At least 2-4 years experience as a Surveyor. Quantity Surveyor Package: A healthy remuneration of up to £65k depending on experience & qualifications.
