About the Service - This is their Devon home care service and your team offer: Personal care Domestic tasks Personal support Intermediate care Telecare To service users with the following needs: Sensory support Physical disability care Dementia support Complex care End of life care You will be managing Care Co-ordinators Type of person required - We are looking for a person with the following skills and experience: Staff Management, Performance Management, Management of this type of service to a high level and in line with company policies and procedures and budgetary criteria, Able to work to work to growth targets, Marketing skills with local community and social services, Managing a rostering system, Work in collaboration with CQC and commissioners, Care plan compliance, Budgeting, Carry out detailed investigations where necessary, Risk management, Spot checks and audits. Experience and qualifications - Relevant professional qualification in social care or management - QCF Level 5 or equivalent - Essential.
