Design Quality Assurance Manager £90,000 - £110,000 Bonus Oxford Austin Vita is working with a market-leading organisation who are recruiting for a Senior Design Quality Assurance Manager who has the capability to progress to Director level. The primary role of the manager will be to lead a team to create, maintain, implement, design and validate strategies for new and existing products. Main Responsibilities: Recruit and train technical and operational quality individuals within the department. Lead a team to create, maintain and implement design and validation strategies for new and existing products, process, software, facilities, utilities, equipment, cleaning and test method. Complying with worldwide Quality and Regulatory Standards. Work with notified bodies on matters regarding quality and/or audit responses. Working with RND to set strategic direction on the validation approach. Sets and manages the team's budget and financial performance for the technical quality organisation. Competencies: Validation and Design Control Strong understanding of ISO 13485 Experience working with Regulatory Standards Efficient CAPA and Validation Decisions People management skills Completed product development Manage Quality System Improvements Benefits: 15% bonus Long term incentive scheme Private Healthcare 12% Company Pension contribution The successful Design Quality Assurance Manager must have previous experience in the Medical Devices industry and must be able to demonstrate hands-on experience of working to and implementing product design and validation to better meet the requirements of ISO13485.
