Production Operatives
Overview
Siamo Recruitment are working in partnership with their prestigious client based in Coventry and are looking to recruit Production Operatives on their behalf. Term: Very long term, ongoing position – for the right candidate. Responsibility: Duties will include using machines producing ITAR products The position requires the person to be able to learn how to set machines and operate different types of machines Powder Coating and Finishing/Polishing precision engineered parts Some heavy lifting will be required A fork lift licence would help but not necessary as the forklift would only be used a few times a week Full training will be given Machine operating/setting Working hours/days: Fixed morning shift: Monday - Friday Pay: First 12 weeks: basic pay £8.72, OT paid at 10.92 -12.32 After 12 weeks: basic pay £8.73, OT paid at 11.64 - 13.10 If you are dedicated, hardworking and looking for a long term position please apply today
