Join us on our journey of growth Job Description We are currently recruiting a Warehouse Manager to lead the Runcorn Logistics/Warehouse team in the achievement of business goals in line with regulatory standard. Key responsibilities To ensure logistics operations are compliant with HSE standards, maintaining 5S/housekeeping standards in the area To ensure logistics operations are compliant with cGMP and GDP standards. Effective management of all DRs, Change Controls and CAPAs for the logistics team ensuring use of the site standard RCA tool box for problem investigation To agree and manage the budget in line with AOP and any subsequent re forecasts To manage all logistics activities including, but not limited to: goods receipt, put away, pick, stage, issue, pick and ship of all Raw Materials, Components, Semi-Finished Goods and finished Goods. To manage all people related topics for the logistics team including, but not limited to, performance reviews, absence management, development plans, succession planning, training and training compliance To set the long term warehousing surface strategy for the site Use Lean / OPEX skills to drive continuous improvements. To act as an effective delegate to the head of supply chain covering supply planning, materials management and packaging development Qualifications Must have a Degree or equivalent in Logistics / engineering / scientific field Key Skills Required Previous experience of leading and managing a team Experience in the pharmaceutical or regulated industry (Pharma, Hi-tech, Aerospace or FMCG) Ideally competent in SAP processing Proven experience in a progressive high speed environment. Good communicator/motivator/team player. Able to deliver high performance standards. High Attention to detail required.
