Overview
Staffline is recruiting for a Production Operative to work both days and nights in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. The rate of pay is £8.72 per hour, with potential to earn up to £10.92 per hour with overtime. You will be required to work 12-hour shifts; typically, these shifts are: 6am to 6pm 6pm to 6am You'll work these hours on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern. Some weekend work will be required to cover and meet business requirements. Your time at work As a Production Operative at this site, you will convert the raw product into a processed marketable product. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Loading and unloading products on and off the production line Pack, weigh, and label products As well as the above, you'll be required to fulfil general warehouse duties, and will check the quality of all products to ensure that they are of the highest standard. You'll adhere to all hygiene and food safety processes and procedures. You'll have a flexible approach to work, as you will be required to work weekends occasionally. You will possess effective time management skills, ensuring that you work in an accurate yet timely manner. No previous experience is necessary as you'll be fully trained for the role.
