Overview
The Senior Practitioner role is front line and works to give management support and oversight to Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Assistant Practitioners who maintain residents' safety and reduce risks in the home. The worker is required on an on- going basis to ensure the service can adequately discharge its responsibilities safely and timely.
