A number 1 executive search firm in professional services and leading headhunting boutique, my client is hiring for associate recruiter for their business which specialises in executive search, interim management and technology resources services. Base salary £22,000 up to a £10,000 bonus for a 2 nd jobber who has not come from a recruitment business however with experience base could start around £27,000 up to £40,000 OTE.
