We need support staff to be confident, and competent to manage complex situations as they arise, and be experienced with dealing with a wide range of needs, situations, and service users. We are looking for calm and compassionate people to promote and maintain the health and well being of the people we support; to empower them to make choices and help them build and maintain relationships with his family and friends. You will help to develop interests, attend exciting activities and assist with everyday living - including some personal care, and health needs - whilst actively encouraging independence. Hourly rate £9.00ph Weekend enhancement of £1.50ph, after successfully passing a 6 month probation period this will increase to £9.50 plus a Weekend enhancement of £1.50ph Shift Times are: 7.30-3.00 pm / 2.30 pm -10.00 pm including sleeping nights when required.
