Senior Residential Child Care Worker (Senior RCW) in Macclesfield The salary for this role is £23k - £26k INCLUSIVE of sleep-ins. We are recruiting for a compassionate and experienced Childcare professional to work as Senior Residential Child Care Worker (Senior RCW) for a home that supports children with learning difficulties based in Macclesfield. Main duties and Responsibilities: To lead and motivate your team. Some personal care To prepare and operate a rota system that will ensure suitable levels of safety, security and care and oversight for the children cared for in your establishment. Experience and Qualifications for the Senior Residential Child Care Worker Must hold a Recognised Health and Social Care qualification Level 3 Children & Young People or Children and Young People’s Workforce or equivalent for children’s units only. Minimum of 12 months recent experience working within a children's residential home.
