As an Assistant Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate passion and energy to motivate, organise and lead the team. Main responsibilities include: Conduct appraisals and produce development plans for team leader and team members; develop team members to team leader position Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools Passionate about customer service Identifying problems and reacting to resolve the issue Strong man management skills This role also has massive scope for progression with a promotion to General Manager attainable within 6-8.
