Chef Manager – Healthcare Location: Cambridge Salary: £26,000 A Contract caterer dedicated to providing the best catering services across all sectors are looking for a passionate and ambitious Chef Manager to head up this great contract. The Role This contract is very demanding, and the client expects restaurant standard food and customer service daily in what is a very busy healthcare site. Preferably someone who has worked within the healthcare or B&I sector who is craft trained and a strong committed leader. The chef manager will be responsible for creating menus. Ambitious and commercially aware, with the presence and personality to influence the day-to-day business, you'll maximize the performance of your team. Catering for up to 200, with a strong team of 3 people.
