Overview
Currently entering a period of business change and modernisation, this leading employer is looking to add to its team with the appointment of a 3 rd Line Support Engineer. This organisation has recently signed off on a number of projects to bring its IT systems in line with its exacting standards as well as drive forward to market leading standards. This role is critical in that success. As part of the day to day of the role, maintaining operational business as usual, taking incidents, problems and changes through to resolution is essential, as well as delivering project builds. Joining at this critical time, the successful candidate will be getting involved with exciting projects which will shape the future of the organisation. The successful candidate will have experience with the following: Virtualisation experience (VMware, Hyper-V) Experience with Microsoft technologies including Exchange, SQL & Active Directory Linux Administration experience (Apache, LDAP, shell scripts) Understanding of Cyber Security Existing DV secuirty clearance The role will provide technical support expertise working within a quickly growing team of multi-skilled engineers utilising the latest network technologies.
