Overview
Interim Benefits Manager Pay Rate: Up to £400 per day pay range, subject to IR35 status The Programme SOCRATES Benefits Manger is responsible for the articulation, tracking, recording and reporting of Programme benefits. You will be responsible for capturing baseline information and demonstrating how activity has contributed to the delivery and realisation of benefits in accordance with the approved Programme Mandate. You will have excellent analytical and communications skills and be able to translate financial and non-financial metrics and data into concise statistical representations for tracking, reporting and engagement purposes. You will have experience in Programme/Project management and be able to analyse and interpret multiple data sources to provide evidence of change and efficiency across training. You will be part of a team transforming RAF training and reporting progress and options to Board level decision makers. The SOCRATES Programme Management Office operates from RAF Halton in Buckinghamshire and reports into the Gp Capt Programme Manager (Commandant Central Training School), 1-Star Prog Director (Director Ground Training) and 2-Star Senior Responsible Owner (Air Officer Commanding 22 Group). Responsible for the management and presentation of benefits data and metrics recorded on various management information systems. Interaction with various stakeholders and reporting of Prog progress. Experience in a Programme or Project Management field is highly desirable, as is familiarity with benefits management and reporting. An understanding of the RAF and MOD structures and trg would be of benefit. Essential Requirements: Would be useful with a military background Translate benefits to tangible outputs Person will benefits mapping and reporting across royal air force and improving training Demonstrate the effect of improvements – very data based DATA ANALYTICS – translate date into qualitative NOT AN management account role, they already have one Briefing to senior stakeholders and being able to present the data which has been analysed. Contract Length: Up to 24 months
