SECURITY ARCHITECT LONDON OUTSIDE IR35 3 MONTHS EXTENSIONS SC CLEARANCE REQUIRED RATE - NEGOTIABLE Our Government Client is looking for a Security Architect to provide SME expertise to set-up a new Centre of Excellence. Ideally you will have experience of working across Government and have worked within Central Government, Defence and Policing You will need to identify a new platform for the Centre`s of Excellence, so experience of shared platforms is essential(Azure & AWS). Extensive experience in information security and/or IT risk management with a focus on security, performance and reliability Solid understanding of security protocols, cryptography, authentication, authorisation and security Good working knowledge of current IT risks and experience implementing security solutions Experience implementing multi-factor authentication, single sign-on, identity management or related technologies. Ability to interact with a broad cross-section of personnel to explain and enforce security measures. Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as business acumen and a commercial outlook. inspire and influence others to execute security principles help review other people's work and provide constructive feedback We are looking for a person with previous experience in project work and proven customer engagement skills, who is a strong team player, with good analytical skills. We are a small team, who work closely together and support each other to ensure we deliver as a team. It would be beneficial if you had also previously worked in government. If not, this is an opportunity to gain invaluable experience of working cross government.
