Robert Half Accounting and Finance are happy to announce that we are working for an established business, based in West Bromwich. Our client are in search for a Treasury Accounts Assistant to join their team due to exceptional growth, on a temporary contract with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate. The Treasury Accounts Assistant role is for an immediate start and candidates must be able to travel to West Bromwich. This role is on a temporary contract with the ability of becoming permanent for the right candidate. Role The successful Treasury Accounts Assistant will be responsible for: Processing invoices Bank Reconciliations Providing support to the finance team Processing daily payments using online banking systems Administer prepaid cards Input of payments, transferring payments and bank receipts Input daily bank balances and bank statements, and produce reports to forecast daily cash balances coordinating expected payments with the use of the report produced. Profile The successful Accounts Assistant will be: Proactive and professional Experienced in accounts Knowledgeable of the accounting functions Attention to detail Ownership of work Able to work towards tight deadlines Good at managing their workload Can hit the ground running Able to commute to West Bromwich Salary & Benefits Up to £27,000 per annum Temporary Contract with the ability of going Permanent The salary range/rates of pay is dependent upon your experience, qualifications or training.
