SJC is a specialist professional services recruitment boutique focused on the financial and legal industries. We are currently looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to use a range of systematic research techniques to ensure SJC Partners maximises its coverage of top talent in the marketplace. There are three divisions to the business: Accountancy Practice and Private Equity: We cover all accountancy practice service lines in addition to working very closely with Corporate Finance boutiques and Private Equity houses Commerce and Industry: We have a team dedicated to industry finance, working with clients seeking candidates at a variety of levels ranging from part-qualified accountants through to CFO level appointments Legal: Our legal practice specialists cover both the UK and International markets. Our client base ranges from local highly reputable law firms through to Magic Circle Law Firms This is a key position within the business and is an opportunity for someone to make a real impact. There is an uncapped bonus scheme attached to the role. More specifically, responsibilities will cover: Conducting in depth candidate sourcing for the consultants using LinkedIn and job boards such as “Reed” and “Totaljobs” Managing headhunting campaigns on behalf of the Recruitment Consultants Writing job adverts for the consultants on a regular basis Conducting client and company mapping Posting and creating SJC promotional flyers using software you will be trained up on Attending client and candidate generation events on occasion Applicants should possess: A strong ambition to achieve successful results Strong organisational skills Excellent communication skills & telephone manner Ability to multi-task Self discipline Proactivity Punctuality Applicants may be graduates without experience or candidates with transferable experience should you not possess a degree.
