HearPure & Wellbeing have an exciting opportunity for a Hearing Care Assistant to join their growing team based in Chester, Cheshire. Job Title: Hearing Care Assistant - Hearing Aid HCA Location: Chester, Cheshire Salary: £19,000 per annum commission Job Type: Full Time - Monday - Friday - 9am - 5pm. We are closed weekends and Bank Holidays We are an independent family owned Hearing Company established in 2012 with three clinics in the North West and a paediatric hearing clinic in GOSH Hospital London. We work with all the leading hearing manufacturers providing an exceptional patient experience. Hearing Care Assistant - The Role: You will already be qualified as a Hearing Care Assistant with experience in programming hearing aids. Your role will be to deliver excellent service dealing directly with patients, while supporting the Audiologist. Your efforts will be instrumental to helping the clinic achieve targets, so it’s important that you work hard to understand what customers want and give them an outstanding service. Experience in ear wax removal is preferred and will be provided if you are not already qualified. Hearing Care Assistant - Key Responsibilities: - Explore patient needs thoroughly, with aural care and hearing aid provision - Provide patients with information on how to wear and care for hearing aids - Perform audiograms air and bone - Program and fit new patient hearing aids and complete rehabilitation appointments - Actively seek to improve your own skills and product knowledge - Perform micro suction and ear irrigation procedures - Strict adherence to all BSA and HCPC protocols Hearing Care Assistant - You: You must have previous experience in hearing care/audiology to apply for this role It is also important that you have a good ability to work independently and be self-motivated We’re looking for a polite, helpful approach and plenty of enthusiasm To submit your CV for this exciting Hearing Care Assistant opportunity, please click 'Apply’ now We treat all applications in the strictest of confidence.
