Senior Payroll Manager job for multinational business based in central London. 8-12 months Your new company For this job you will be joining a British multinational services business business based in central London. Established nearly 20 years ago this has become a famous brand that operates in nearly 100 countries and boasts over 500 thousand employees globally. Your new role For this job role you will be working as the Payroll Manager, reporting in to the Finance Director of the business. You will be responsible for one of the company's main business areas, managing a team of 8 staff to run a payroll for 20,000 staff. There are 9 different payrolls you'll have to manage. As well as running the day to day function you will also be required to improve and implement payroll processes and controls as well as streamline the function and correct any historical issues. Duties will include: Responsible for both Internal and Regulatory compliance of the Payroll software and Department processes. Key Stakeholder and advisor for Payroll improvements Department Budget and associated spend responsibility PSAs Benefits such as the Salary Sacrifice Scheme Responsible for the Reconciliation of all payroll related Balance Sheet Accounts P11D's and other statutory requirements Responsible for the administration of the various Company Pension Schemes Produce Monthly KPI's on both Department and Individuals to support Performance Management Reviews What you'll need to succeed You must be experienced with managing large payroll teams. A hands on team player with the ability to streamline the payroll function and improve/implement processes is essential. You should have strong people management skills, an eye for detail and investigative and analytical nature.
