Management Accountant - Start-up Food Business Your new company At the moment I am working closely with a start-up company specialised in food delivering business who is active across the UK. The company is founded a few years ago and really fast growing. They have been able to raise a significant funding from a Tier 1 investor and continue to grow the business at 20% month-on-month. This makes them one of the fastest-growing food tech start-ups in the UK The company is specialised in online and offline sale. They have a flagship store in central London and would like to expand their online presence as well Your new role Manage a timely month end process to produce quality financial information for the company Prepare the monthly management accounts pack Balance sheet account reconciliations and revenue reconciliations Bank reconciliations Assist with weekly reporting and cash flow forecasting Preparation of quarterly VAT returns and other statutory returns Help support and develop the finance Assistance along with reviewing accuracy of entries Identify value add process and efficiencies in finance function Support the FD with ad hoc projects and overall development and improvement of the finance function What you`ll need to succeed ACCA, ACA or CIMA Newly Qualified (2018, 2019 or 2020) FMCG or Food experience Hands-on, switched on, entrepreneurial mind-set and motivated Strong Excel and communications skills Team player What you`ll get in return The new Management Accountant will work in a fast-growing business with a really positive vibe.
