Overview
Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner. Our client is a public sector organisation, based in Belfast, who are seeking interim support for a period of 6 months with a strong chance of extension. Reporting into the Head of Finance, you will be supporting the wider business partnering team to develop budgets and ensure value for money on future budgeting and forecasting. Specific responsibilities include: Lead on the production of the monthly management accounts. Assist in the production of the year end statutory accounts. Lead on the production of monthly variance analysis including amending any changes to actual costs, forecast and budgets. Provide financial advice to budget holders and other areas of the business as required. Identify and implement improvements to the systems and processes in place. Develop strong working relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders. In applying for this role, you will be a fully qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience accountant that has proven experience of influencing and engaging senior stakeholders. You will have exceptional communication skills both written and verbal. Advance skills on Microsoft Excel is essential. Please note this role is INSIDE IR35.
