A highly rated Liverpool law firm is looking for a Corporate Lawyer with 3 years of PQE to join its team for a full-time, permanent role. This firm has a strong profile and highly rated corporate department. Your new role As the firm’s new Corporate Lawyer you will be responsible for: Handling a good mix of M&A work Acting for a client base that includes a range of SMEs and larger corporates Regularly liaising with clients The team is known for acting on some excellent deals and your career will flourish in this environment.
