Your new firm This international law firm is well-established and continues to grow. It's Liverpool office offers an innovative and supportive working environment for ambitious professionals to pursue opportunities in emerging markets. Your new role As a key member of the corporate team, you will be trusted with carrying out corporate due diligence, drafting ancillary documents, assisting with completions and preparing transaction bibles. This is an all-round position with a focus on supporting the partners and associates and contributing to the team's productivity. You will also have the opportunity to assist the banking and finance team.
