An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior commercial real estate solicitor to join this highly regarded Legal 100 law firm based in Central Guildford, entering into what is regarded as one of the leading real estate practices in the South East outside London. You will be undertaking a range of commercial property work which includes: development, investment, corporate occupiers and banking transactions. This role will involve carrying out a wide range of transactional and advisory work for a variety of clients such as: mid-tier businesses, household name PLCs and high net worth private clients. This opportunity would suit a commercial real estate solicitor with at least 1 year's post-qualification experience who is looking to take on more responsibility. You should be comfortable dealing with commercial property transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, alongside a variety of commercial lease matters such as renewals and transfers.
