JOB TITLE: Residential Development Partner PQE REQUIRED: 10 years PQE LOCATION: Birmingham SALARY: £80,000 - £120,000 OVERVIEW OF ROLE: Are you a senior Residential Development Solicitor who feels undervalued in your current role? As a senior hire, you will join a team who attract an impressive quality of work, advising developers on a range of developments the length and breadth of the UK, arising from a variety of sectors. REQUIREMENTS: To be successful in this application, you will need to be an Residential Development Partner or a senior Residential Development Solicitor who feels ready for the next step up in your career. A following is essential for this role and you will need to demonstrate good business development skills and a plan to contribute to the growth of the department going forward. You will need to have extensive experience acting on behalf of developers and have worked on complex, regional projects.
