This Legal 500 and Chambers-Ranked End firm is looking for a Contentious Construction Associate to join their renowned firm in the West End. You'll play a critical role in handling their caseload of high-quality matters, instructed by a growing client base of HNW Individuals and Corporates. The firm's Construction Partner intends to invest in you fully and, for the right candidate, Partnership is on the table in the next 2 to 3 years. The Firm Established in the early 2010s, the firm has moved from success to success and is now one of the West End's most formidable Property practices. Under the guidance of their Partners, industry heavy-weights in their own right, the firm now boasts a team with a rarely found level of expertise. This level of skill and knowledge makes the firm a favourite for HNW Individuals and Corporates alike. At the heart of this success is not just the quality of legal expertise offered by the team, but also their approachable and friendly manner, and an ethos of careful attention to each and every case. The firm offers services across a range of Property-related matters, including Construction. They received instructions from a variety of high-value clients and this provides the team with a varied and high-quality caseload that makes for a fascinating and rewarding level of work. The Role You will join this specialist Property firm's Construction team. You'll work alongside industry-leading Partners who have previously been Partner at Top 40 firms, so you'll have some of the best guidance at any London firm. You'll be working on a caseload of high-quality matters worth as much as £250 million. The firm is currently getting more work than it can handle, so you'll play an instrumental role in their growth plans for 2020. Accessing the firm's long list of HNW clients, you'll have the ideal base to expand your own practice. The firm doesn't expect you to build your own caseload as there is already an abundance of work available - but if you are ambitious then the firm will happily invest in you to grow your client base. What's more, the firm is open to offering the right candidate Partnership in 2 to 3 years .
