Overview
A superb opportunity has arisen within the Business Department of a strong Legal 200 Surrey firm for an Associate Solicitor circa 3-5 years' post-qualification to work alongside a Partner advising clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. Your role, as the Commercial Solicitor, will be to provide transactional support and advice to private lender/institutional banking clients on such matters as facility and security documentation and the financing of transactions. In particular, you will be acting for bridging finance lenders who provide working capital, refinancing and property purchase facilities. In addition, an understanding of credit underwriting and financial services regulation is required. This opportunity offers great training and exposure to learn and develop whilst handling a portfolio of high quality and rewarding finance work. You will be joining an outstanding firm in Guildford where you will be encouraged to develop strong client relationships and build your own network.
