Overview
A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced commercial litigation solicitor (likely 1-5 years' PQE) to join their expanding commercial dispute resolution team in Manchester. In your role as a commercial litigation solicitor, you will act on a range of commercial disputes for a range of commercial entities, public sector and private individuals. Your caseload will likely include contract disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, professional negligence, financial services disputes, inheritance and private wealth litigation, procurement litigation, restrictive covenants and judicial reviews, as well as contested intellectual property claims. You will be working alongside several very experienced and well regarded commercial litigation partners and work closely with key clients to ensure success, enabling you to establish your own client base through long standing positive relationships. You must be a qualified commercial litigation solicitor, likely 1-5 years' PQE (although those with less/more experience also encouraged to apply). You will likely have proven experience in handling a wide range of broad commercial dispute matters, have strong analytical and problem solving skills and be client-focused.
