ISDA Negotiator
Overview
A Top Tier Investment bank is looking to recruit an experienced ISDA Negotiator for a 3-month contract based in London. You will have at least 3 years relevant experience and be fluent in written & spoken French. The role will work closely with the business in managing a broad spectrum of trading documents within a very dynamic environment. European languages would be advantageous but is not essential. Key duties: Review and negotiation of ISDA Master Review and negotiation of Master Confirmation Agreements and trading agreements Drafting, reviewing and negotiating Collateral arrangements, Global Master Repurchase Agreements, Global netting agreements and Master Securities Financial Trading agreements. Liaising with external legal counsels and drafting new templates The role will suit a dynamic and proactive candidate who has at least 3 years relevant experience and is available to start at short notice.
