ISDA Negotiator
Overview
Integreon is a trusted provider of integrated legal, research and business support solutions to discerning professionals, including law firms and corporate law departments, leading corporations, financial services organisations and professional services firms. We are currently looking for an ISDA negotiator to join one of our clients on an 6 months FTC. Work with sales and the programmes client outreach team to obtain and analyse client preferences in relation to the negotiation of IM documentation, highlighting key deviations in supportability of the clients proposed model and Bank's standard approach Facilitate discussion with internal Bank's stakeholders to review and approve any clients requests which deviate from the bank's standard Independently negotiate collateral baskets with counter-parties and obtain approvals for exceptions from Bank's policies if required Track and maintain status updates for the business and key stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and/or key risk items which may not meet regulatory deadlines 5 years ISDA/CSA Negotiation experience IM Negotiation experience from previous phases Awareness of current regulatory obligations of the financial markets The ability to negotiate provisions without a playbook The ability to work autonomously as well as within a team Strong interpersonal skills Drive and enthusiasm to meet the projects demands Please reply as a matter of urgency.
